武书庚

课题:主持国家自然科学基金(活性氧(ROS)介导蛋白氧化对蛋清稀化中β-卵黏蛋白稳定性的作用及其调节,32272907丝氨酸通过卵黏蛋白调控鸡蛋蛋清品质的作用机制,32072774),国家重点研发计划(抗炎抗病增效产品功能评估与应用/2022YFC2105005蛋鸭光照适宜参数及限值研究,2016YFD0500510)、企业合作科研项目,国家自然科学基金(31172212)、十三五”“十二五”“十一五”“十五国家科技支撑计划,“973”子课题,基本科研业务费专项、农业结构调整专项等课题。

主编(安全高效预混合饲料配制技术、图说健康养蛋鸡关键技术、蛋鸡饲料调制加工与配方集萃、饲料加工与调制问答)、副主编(第八届中国饲料营养学术研讨会论文集,饲料营养应用技术研究进展(2013)、肉鸡饲料调制加工与配方集萃)和参编书籍10余部,发表各类文章300余篇(其中SCI文章50篇)。主要研究方向:家禽健康的评价与营养调控、禽产品品质形成机理与营养调控、饲料和饲料添加剂有效性与组装;饲料组方与调制;禽产品健康评价与科普。
